matthew 2:1- 2 & 11, luke 2:8-14
Long ago and far away, three Eastern rulers suddenly left on a journey far to honor the King
All their people were shaken and stunned they could hardly believe that they had gone
Yet they left them all to honor the King, to honor the King, following only a star
What could we ever hope to give Him? to honor and praise
Jesus Christ the Holy Savior, the King of every King, the King of every King
In the still of the night, a group of shepherds suddenly saw the angel of the Lord and They were afraid
Don’t you worry, for Jesus is born, all glory to God! and peace to all men
So they left their flocks to honor the King, to honor the King, following angels on high
What could we ever hope to give Him? to honor and praise
Jesus Christ the Holy Savior, the King of every King, the King of every King
We have come to worship Him, to give Him gifts of sacrifice, and to praise on high, the Newborn King
Born of mary, a virgin indeed, our Lord and our Savior, Master and King
Came to set us free, this newborn King, this newborn King, following the Lamb of God
What could we ever hope to give Him? to honor and praise
Jesus Christ the Holy Savior, the King of every King, the King of every King
What could we ever hope to give Him? to honor and praise
Jesus Christ the Holy Savior, the King of every King, the King of every King
The King of every King, the King of every King
They gave up everything to Honor the King
